About the position
Our Risk Assurance team is an integral part of our Assurance practice creating value for our clients by providing assurance and advice in areas of internal controls, business processes, IT risks and internal audit.
We are looking for a full-time Manager who is skilled in selling professional services and who wants to be part of our team. You will be responsible for:
• Proactively contributing to the growth of our practice, business development including pitching for new work, bringing new insights and value to our clients, account management, solution development, team development and other departmental initiatives;
• Maintaining client relationships at the senior management level;
• Identifying and addressing client needs including leading client discussions and meetings and;
• Working with colleagues on delivering services to our clients (negotiations, contracting, and communicating results).

Znanja i kvalifikacije:
What we expect from you
• University degree, preferably in IT / Computer Science, Economics, Accounting or Business Administration;
• 7 or more years of experience in business management and IT consulting;
• Good knowledge of IT and related technologies (SAP, Navision, Oracle, MS SQL, IBM);
• Basic understanding of information security good practices, standards and frameworks such as: ISO27001, COBIT 4.1/5.0, ITIL, NIST;
• Basic knowledge of data assurance/analytics tools such as: ACL, IDEA, MS SQL, MS Access, Tableau, QlikView;
• Experience in working in complex environments with large organisations with relevant experience in selling IT-based services;
• Client leadership, relationship-building and management skills;
• Strong native Croatian and advanced English speaking, listening and writing skills, with presentation and report writing capability;
• Strong time management skills, including flexibility to work with shifting priorities
and client needs.
