They are currently seeking an Management Assistant - responsible for providing high-level administrative support to the Country and General Managers, managing complex calendars, coordinating travel and meetings, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across multiple teams.
Job duties
- Provide administrative support to the General Managers, including calendar management, prioritizing meetings, and coordinating regional and international travel.
- Plan, schedule, and organize hybrid meetings, internal gatherings, and office events.
- Support Legal, Finance/Tax, and Common teams with purchase orders, approvals, mail, archiving, and contract processing.
- Manage travel arrangements and liaise with external travel agencies.
- Process travel receipts in CONCUR and handle administrative tasks in MyContract and MySupplier platforms.
- Handle shifting priorities and overlapping requests to ensure smooth operations.
- Collaborate with office administrator and stakeholders to maintain efficient office operations.
- Provide technical administrative support without direct participation in events or meetings.
Your profile
- Bachelor's or Master's degree preferred.
- 2–5 years of experience in a similar administrative or executive support role.
- Proven experience in managing complex calendars and coordinating travel logistics.
- Confident, proactive, independent, with strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail.
- Resilient, flexible, and able to stay composed under pressure.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of SAP or Mind Market is a plus.
- Fluent in English and Croatian.
