Key Account Manager (m/f) - Slovenian Market

Our client is L’Oréal Adria, a leading cosmetics company renowned for its innovation and iconic beauty brands. With a strong presence in the regional market, L’Oréal Adria is committed to excellence and sustainable growth. They are currently looking for a Key Account Manager for the Slovenian market, based in their office in Zagreb, who will be responsible for developing and executing sales and marketing plans, managing full P&L, and building strong strategic partnerships with key retail stakeholders.


  • Lead sales and marketing plan execution for key accounts in line with division and channel strategy
  • Drive account performance through accurate forecasting, P&L management, and achievement of key KPIs (turnover, market share, gross margin)
  • Develop and execute joint business plans with retail partners based on deep market and customer insights
  • Act as a central point of coordination between internal teams (sales, marketing, supply chain, finance, customer service) to ensure aligned execution
  • Build strong relationships with retail stakeholders, understand their business models and strategic goals, and identify growth opportunities
  • Monitor market trends and the competitive landscape to inform strategy and contribute to the overall commercial vision
  • Excellent command of Slovenian, English and Croatian (written and spoken)
  • Proven experience in key account management, including sales planning, reporting, and full P&L responsibility
  • Strong analytical, strategic, and negotiation skills
  • Growth-oriented mindset with the ability to quickly identify and act on market opportunities
  • Ability to build long-term relationships and collaborate effectively across teams
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint); Power BI knowledge is a plus
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing and e-commerce
  • Knowledge of the beauty industry is an advantage
  • Proactive, entrepreneurial approach and high level of professionalism
