Junior Project Manager (m/f)
/ Split /
Position Responsibilities:
- This is a growing position that primarily encompasses work in the field of real-estate and green energy investments. We are exploring other investment alternatives and job description may vary relative to the investment strategy
- The candidate will manage activities related to property research, outreach, property acquisition, property management, due diligence, property sale, including marketing, lead generation, leasing, and maintaining good customer relations with real-estate agents and prospective clients
- Providing active administrative support to senior management
- Support in office organization
- Scheduling and providing logistic support for meetings
- This is a working both in and out of the office position so a current valid driver's license, good driving record are necessary
Position Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, office/administrative management or technical background, or a related area
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- English proficiency, Czech/Slovak advantage
- Professional presentation and appearance
