Job Description:

This entry-level position will first provide general assistance to executive recruitment consultants via supporting tasks and individual realization of research projects.
The Researcher will develop a good understanding of how to perform different market research and analysis tasks and, under the supervision of their mentor, will grow in confidence and ability in order to be able to handle sourcing projects on his/her own.
- Mapping entire industries and identifying key talent
- Interacting with senior professionals across the Adria region and CEE
- Providing general assistance to executive recruitment consultants
- Conducting market research and analysis tasks
- Handling sourcing projects independently over time
Key responsibilities include:
Requirements and Qualifications:
- University degree (completed)
- Minimum 1 year of work experience
- You are curious about business, leadership, and how companies really work
- You are comfortable speaking with professionals over the phone
- You can think analytically and structure information clearly
- You write and speak fluent English (any other language is a plus)
- You want to grow fast and take responsibility
- You are an advanced user of MS Office and agile with learning new systems
