Junior Commercial Project Manager (m/f)

Our client, WTE, is a leading European engineering and environmental services company specializing in water and wastewater management. As part of the STRABAG Group, WTE focuses on developing, financing, constructing, and operating sustainable infrastructure projects. They are currently looking for a new colleague for the position of:
Junior Commercial Project Manager (m/f)
Lokacija: Split
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepare commercial reports for project and site management
- Support monthly reporting to management and stakeholders
- Process and monitor incoming invoices from subcontractors and suppliers
- Collect and compare offers and support supplier contracting
- Monitor delivery deadlines and provide logistical support to site teams
- Control guarantees and review/approve payments
- Prepare IPCs and client payment requests
- Monitor receivables and follow up on payments
- Identify risks and support claims and insurance processes
- Ensure compliance with regulations, maintain records, and support cash flow planning
REQUIREMENTS:
- Secondary, higher vocational, or university degree (economics background preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of experience
- Professional proficiency in Croatian and English
WHAT THE COMPANY OFFERS:
- Fixed-term contract for the duration of the project, with a probation period of three months
- Engagement on a 3-4 year project, with opportunities for future project involvement
- 30 days of annual leave
- 13th salary
