Human Resource Generalist (m/f)

HR Generalist will provide the foundational support for a variety of duties, including managing employee data, running and analyzing HR reports, coordinating the new hire workflow and on-boarding, addressing inquiring regarding HR policies and procedures.

Key highlights of the role:
- Administers the day to day HR activities, including recruitment, administering compensation and benefit plans, conducting employee onboarding and help plan training & development
- Provides support to employees in various HR related topics such as leaves, compensation etc. and resolve issues and problems
- Promotes HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace
- Assists in development and implementation of human resource policies
- Undertakes tasks in performance management
- Gathers and analyzes data with useful HR metrics
- Maintains employee files and records in electronic and paper form

Znanja i kvalifikacije:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 2-4 years of Human Resources experience
- Bachelor's degree (social science related fields)
- Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
- Good knowledge of employment/labor laws
- Agility to work at a very fast pace
- Ability to deliver hands on HR support
- Good conflict & problem solving skills, able to apply creative solutions
- Proficient in the use of Excel, Word and PowerPoint, experience in SAP desirable
- Fluent in English
