HEALTH CARE ASSISTANTS FOR UK
VitAmor is looking forHealth Care Assistants for UK market. We offer a limited number of positions. To work as a Health Care Assistant in the UK do not need to have work related experience looking after a family members or relatives is enough. You will have to finish HCA training. You will be working with elderly patients who suffer from many different physical and mental illnesses. This is a labour intensive job and long hours are worked.
Responsibilities:
- To assist the elderly who need help with getting up in the morning, dressing, undressing, washing, and bathing toileting.
- To help the elderly with mobility problems and other physical disabilities, including incontinence; help in use and care of aids and personal equipment.
- To contribute to the efficient running of the facility and the creation of an atmosphere conductive to the best interest of patients.
- Assist patients with their personal care needs and help to provide health supervision and attention through direct care as needed.
- To act as a care worker to identified Service users, as directed.
- To help clean and promote an infection free environment

Conditions for eligibility are:
- Positive attitude, promptly tasks, good relationships with patients
- Willingness to learn and work hard minimum 12 months
- Strong Character
- No criminal record
- Experience with family/relative is an advantage
- Croatian passport
- Age 21+
Minimum Wage is starting from £1215.00 Net. You will be paid at £6.75 per hour including overtime.
Number of hours per week: average hours worked are 55-75 per week in shift patter over 5-6 days overtime available, overtime 60 hours per month will give you Net income of £1620.00 based on 5/12 hour shifts.
Accommodation: Accommodation which will usually be 1 room in a house sharing facilities, you can move from the accommodation at any time at your own expense. Accommodation costs £250-350 per month inc bills. In some cases accomodation deposit will be needed, depends on location, but it will be returned to you if you left the accomodation in the same condition after your leaving.
Savings: You will not be charged any additional monthly fee and we estimate you can save £800-£1000 per month depending on your expenses and hours worked.
Other: We feel this is a great opportunity for those with minimal qualification to earn great money. This job does come with many hours and is hard work but if you are able to work 12 hours shifts for 6 days per week you can easily make £1944.00 Net without overtime.
Health Care Assistant will cover the cost of the path to the place of work, deposit of £39.00 and the company shall finance as advance First Month's accommodation and DBS. It will be deducted from candidate's first salary and each follwing monthly accommodation cost will be deducted from candidate's monthly salary for the previous monthly used period.
We advise that you should have at least £299.00 in hand to cover your flight ticket, first month's expenses for food and personal items please only apply if you are able to start within approx. 4 weeks of application and have enough money to fund your first month’s expenses.
