On behalf of our Client we are looking for an experienced and highly motivated professional at the position of:

Head of Human Resources – Europe, Middle East and Africa (including HRCM for Croatia) (m/f)



  • Leadership of the HR team within the EMEA region
    • Coordinates the HR staff in the different locations in the region and supports the implementation of HR services, policies and programs.
    • Coordinates compliance to regulatory requirements.
    • Establishes and reports on KPIs to measure the effectiveness of HR support.
    • Recommends HR policies and objectives regarding employee relations.
  • Talent and Organization Development
    • Drives the Talent Identification and Development process within the EMEA region, and shares results within the wider organization.
    • Leads the implementation of Development Plans and supports managers in their implementation and measurement of effectiveness.
    • Establishes staffing and recruiting plans.
    • Supports managers with succession planning.
  • Change Agent
    • Supports the SVP EMEA in continuously improving the organization, focusing on efficiency of operations, effectiveness of processes and alignment with global strategy.
    • Monitors the organization’s culture to support goals and promote employee’s engagement and development.
    • Communicates proactively about local initiatives and identifies and shares best practices within organization at large.
  • HRCM Manager – Croatia
    • Supports and guides the local management in all HR aspects.
    • Takes responsibility for local deployment of all HR policies.
    • Manages HR data and ensures efficient functioning of HR organization locally.
    • Provides effective employee relations and a positive working climate locally, closely working with union representatives, line management and other teams.


  • Minimum Master's degree, preferred in legal or HR education
  • Broad knowledge and experience in employment laws, compensation, organizational planning and talent development, with an emphasis of multi-countries operations operating in a matrix organization
  • Excellent interpersonal and coaching/mentoring skills
  • Demonstrated ability to lead a multicultural team operating over several countries
  • Demonstrated ability to partner with executive management
  • Demonstrated practice of a high level of confidentiality
  • Experience developing business cases to support new activities
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Excellent English written and oral skills
