Join Transcom as a German-Speaking Customer Service Representative in Energy Industry!
Be on the front line of support for clients and deliver impactful work on a company level. In this role, you will:
- Support a client that empowers communities through sustainable energy solutions and broadband connectivity, improving life in northwestern Germany
- Provide an excellent customer experience by responding to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email or chat
- Contribute to the project's success, propose improvements, share knowledge and learn together with your colleagues;
- Work in shifts Monday–Friday, 7 AM–8 PM | Saturday, 8 AM–4 PM
- Start working March 23rd
To be successful in this role, the following is needed:
- C1 or native-level proficiency in German, both spoken and written
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment
- Strong communication skills, empathy, and active listening abilities
- A flexible and curious mindset, ready to adapt and learn
- A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences
- Experience in the energy industry is a plus, but not required
In order to work from home, you will need to have:
- A stable internet connection of at least 10 Mbps or higher.
