Znanja i kvalifikacije:
Successful candidate will work mainly with Croatian ministries and public institutions in supporting the preparation, implementation and evaluation of EU funded programs and projects. Your work will include working as a project manager or team member on advisory projects, capacity building of public institutions - process improvement, socio-economic studies about development needs of different sectors, information gathering via interviews and surveys, reviewing existing research reports, performing workshops and conducting analytical tasks like data analysis and comparisons, cost benefit analysis, feasibility analysis and preparing tender documentation for public procurements. Also, you will be responsible for supervising and coaching junior colleagues.
