CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM LEADER (m/f)
Location: Ludberg
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- coordination of customer support team
- development of relationships with key customers
- receiving and taking orders from key customers
- development of samples for production processes
- participation in the resolution of customer complaints
- planning the shipment of capsules
- concern about accompanying documentation for customers
- coordination and monitoring of the shipment of capsules
- providing feedback to customers and agents
- market research and search for new customers
- creation of reports and MIS reporting
KEY COMPETENCES:
- sales skills
- negotiation skills
- knowledge of working with people
- customer centricity
- responsiveness as a skill set
SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE:
- Formal education: bachelor’s or master’s degree in economics
- Experience: 6 years of professional experience
- Foreign language: active use of the English language in speech and writing
- IT skills: knowledge of MS Office package and work in SAP
