Customer Marketing Specialist (m/f)

Our client is a successful IT company headquartered in Boston, with offices in Zagreb, that has been present in our market for over 14 years. Known for its innovative solutions and commitment to excellence, their services are used by over 80 companies worldwide. With a dynamic team and a strong focus on professional development, they offer an inspiring work environment that encourages creativity and growth. They are currently expanding their team, and seeking a skilled individual to join their Product Marketing team as a Customer Marketing Specialist.

plan and run targeted campaigns to boost product feature usage, customer engagement, and account growth
work closely with internal teams to identify customer needs and growth opportunities
support expansion efforts by identifying and engaging high-potential accounts
create clear and engaging marketing materials such as feature announcements, case studies, and campaign content
analyze customer usage patterns and campaign results to refine strategies and identify upsell triggers
conduct customer interviews and gather success stories to showcase product value
maintain regular outreach to ensure customers stay informed about new features and product improvements
contribute to retention and revenue growth by encouraging deeper product adoption among existing customers.

2–3 years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally within a SaaS environment
familiarity with marketing campaign execution, product launches and project management tools can be a plus
team player capable of working well with cross-functional teams
excellent communication and storytelling skills
self-motivated, curious, and proactive, with a genuine interest in customers’ needs and product impact
detail-oriented and organized, capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
fluent in English, both written and spoken
