CONTROLLING MANAGER m/f
KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Responsible for production of accurate monthly accounts (P&L, Balance sheet, Cash Flow) for three European countries (Croatia, Norway and Sweden)
• Reviews general ledger on a monthly basis to ensure accuracy of posting
• Maintains organized set of detailed records and files to document financial transactions
• Coordinates monthly, quarterly and annual closing activities and produces financial reports
• Oversees cash management
• Partnering and advising Department Heads on progress of financial performance of their respective areas and the company as a whole
• Establishment of systems controls for financial policies, systems and procedures
• Makes and implements recommendations to improve accounting processes and procedures

Znanja i kvalifikacije:
REQUIREMENTS:
• Degree in Finance/Accounting
• More than 5 years working experience in the field of accounting and finance
• MBA an asset
• Leadership skills, assertive, integrity and result oriented, drive improvements and possess good collaboration skills
• Ability to manage details
• Expert working knowledge of Excel
• Understanding of relevant computer programs
• Proven knowledge of accounting principles, practices, standards, laws and regulations
• Fluent English and Croatian language knowledge
