Our Client, Transcom is the leading outsourced customer care service provider in the country which operates out of two locations in Croatia, OSIJEK and PULA, with a current total capacity of over 670 workstations and more than 1000 employees who provide services in Croatian, German, Italian and other European languages. The portfolio of services ranges from customer care, back office and administrative support, technical support, win-back activities, market research, complaint handling, as well as telemarketing and telesales.

On behalf of our Client we are seeking for the expert employee at the position

Contact Centre Manager (m/f)
Pula, Croatia

Responsibilities:
• Plan the business objectives realization for each service
• Prepare and negotiate precise budgets and make temporary forecasts
• Organize the operating structure of the Centre in coordination with HR and other functions
• Control, define and implement procedures and measures to increase the individual and team performance
• Ensure target monitoring, cost analysis, productivity and quality ratio reports
• Propose improvements in human resources, technological and organizational processes and structure
• Maintain on-going communication with the clients for the negotiation of agreements
• Measure and ensure client`s satisfaction and report to Operations Management
• Verify that objectives and information are notified to team members through the Business Managers
• Proactively promote Transcom's values, being an example of organizational culture
• Ensure compliance with Company policies and procedures, and with security regulations.

O zaposleniku

Znanja i kvalifikacije:
Profile:
• University diploma or degree (Business Administration and Management, Economics or similar)
• Excellent levels of both Italian and English languages required
• MS Office skills
• Minimum five years of experience in managing extensive work teams while having operational and commercial responsibilities at the Contact or Call Centre
• Experience in budget management of high business volumes is an asset
• Specific training and/or work experience in Contact Centre management, commercial strategies and sales techniques is an advantage
• Interest in managing large teams, with a sales aptitude and predisposition for negotiation
• The capacity to remain motivated and to keep a positive attitude under pressure
