Contact Center Agent - Outbound - German (m/f)
Location: remote
Primary tasks:
- engage with German citizens to increase awareness of the home care program and its associated benefits
- address any potential inquiries and provide comprehensive onboarding information about the program
- accurately document all call details and interactions in the CRM system
- meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for onboarding calls and conversion rates
- efficiently manage and resolve potential complaints to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
- follow up on leads and nurture relationships to support future onboarding opportunities
- adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and company standards
Requirements:
- high school diploma (bachelor's degree is a plus)
- proven experience in sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- advanced German language skills (both written and spoken) preferably C1/C2 level
- basic English knowledge
- experience in CRM software and proficiency in MS Office
- stable and reliable internet connection
- strong soft skills: communication skills, target-driven, empathetic, and excellent listener
