About Greyp:
Greyp Bikes is producing the world’s most advanced electric bicycles by enhancing user experience and technology. The Greyp G12 is in production since January 2014 and has been shipped to 15 countries on 5 continents. Completely new models that will shape the electric bicycle landscape are already in the pipeline. Greyp Bikes is in a strong position to serve as the industry benchmark in terms of technology and product quality, and to take a significant market-share.
Your role:
We are looking for a versatile, proactive and goal-oriented manager with experience in leading projects and companies from early stages to success stories. You will need to lead the company on all levels and build-up the organizational structure. Greyp has a dedicated R&D, production and sales team which will need to be expanded in order to meet the targets so recruiting will be one of the key occupations for this position. Setting-up a global distribution strategy and organizing the production and procurement will be a challenge that you will need to tackle with a hands-on approach. Greyp has everything it takes to be an extremely strong and profitable high-technology company that builds great products for the worldwide market. Responsibilities:
• Lead the company on a day-to-day level
• Develop product and company strategies
• Set-up internal structures such as purchasing, sales and controlling
• Grow the team with people that fit the company professionally and culturally

• Streamline production process
• Handle the company’s financial matters on an operational and strategic level
• Manages resources (technology and people)
• Forecast necessary funds on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis
• Follow each project/product through its life-time and report profitability, bottlenecks etc.
• Serve as internal leader of the organization
• Oversee all activities
Requirements:
• At least 2 years of experience
• Fluent English (and German is a plus)
• Excellent written and communication skills
• Leadership and management abilities to oversee the firm
• Able to see the big picture and plan out details
• Detail-oriented
• Reliable
• Process- and planning-oriented
• Task driven, goal-oriented
• Team player
• Excellent people skills, with experience collaborating in a multi-disciplinary, diverse, and dynamic team
• Flexible and a self-starter; able to multi-task while also being highly detail-oriented
• Automotive or manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required
