Goldcar Rental is a leading company in car hire in Spain and is currently expanding in Europe and will open new branches in Croatia. For our new branches in our Car Rental Center Dubrovnik Airport, we are looking for a Rental Sales Agent.
Key Responsabilities
• Providing excellent customer service in all customer contact situations according to our quality standards
• Greeting customers, preparing the rental agreement, providing customer with maps and other information needed
• Offering optional extras to the customers according to their needs
• Handling all telephone and email inquiries in a friendly and helpful manner
• Carrying out other job-related tasks as assigned or required
• Organizing the daily reservations according to the available fleet
• Maintaining cleanliness in the office area
• Completing daily lists and reports to Supervisor and Manager
• Other job duties as assigned to meet the business needs

Znanja i kvalifikacije:
Customer and Service orientated apprenticeship.
• Previous experience in the Customer Service area.
• Must have the ability to manage stressful or unusual situations to maintain good Customer Service.
• Ability to adapt in a fast moving environment.
• Good command in English and Croatian. Any other additional language would be a plus
• Valid driver licence
• High school diploma
• Must be available to work days, nights, weekends, holidays on a 40-hour week basis on a flexible changing schedule
• Willing to wear company uniforms
• Must have good organizational skill
• Must have permission for working in Croatia
• Must have good organizational skill
• Any other language would be a plus
