Main duties and responsibilities:
• Manage a portfolio of stores delivering customers visit full documented in CRM
• Improve merchants knowledge and expertise with our services
• Deliver to the stores the activities that have been agreed with the merchant „ s HQ
• Document in CRM all merchants specific information and activity done
• Business statistic analysis, presentation, discussin and action
• Action plans and store visits in line with company segmentation model
