You will actively support the sales of the segment “Resource Efficiency”, provider of state-of-the-art processes for the chemical industry as well as many other innovative solutions. You will be the public face of our company for the business line Coating Additives, producer of Coatings, Additives and Resins, tailored TEGO®- products as well as provider for many other innovative solution.

Account Manager (m/f) - Croatia

Responsibilities
- Manage strategic Accounts and actively support global Key Accounts
- Drive commercial and technical support to customers in the Coatings and Additives Industry
- Introduce and present new products to customers, also internationally
- Lead negotiations on price
- Maintain existing business and develop new business in the growth segments
- Keep abreast of the latest market trends and developments, as well as our competitors’ activities

Znanja i kvalifikacije:
Requirements
- Sales experience (minimum three years) within technical or speciality chemical industry or, chemical technician or engineer with a strong tendency for sales
- Knowledge in coatings and paints highly essential
- People who take on responsibility and work result oriented and independently in their area
- Effective team players who enjoy working together in an international team
- Hands-on people who can execute our business processes effectively and with a sense of initiative
- Somebody with networking skills who enjoys to keep in contact at all hierarchical levels at our clients
- Strong and effective communication skills in Croatian (mother tongue); strong communication skills in English; any other Language would be desirable
- Good IT skills (MS Word, PPT, Excel, CRM etc.)
- People who love to travel nationally and within Europe (70.%)
