1. What is a „user account“?

2. Do I have to pay to register as an employer or a job seeker?

User registration for both employers and job seekers is completely free of any charge.

3. What should I type under 'Title:' when completing a CV?

Resume title should be a summary of your entire resume. It is wrong to put a CV title name, or terms such as "I am looking for a job," "my resume", "Curriculum Vitae" ... The correct title of the resume would be, for example, "waiter, ambitious, team-worker" or "electrical engineer", "pharmacists" etc.

5. Will someone contact me if they see my resume in the posao.hr CV database?

A job seeker, other than applying to published job offerings, can not contact or offer himself to an employer. Therefore, the goal is to have a high quality resume. For this you can use our site that offers free creation of a resume according to EU standards.

Employers can choose their own candidates from the posao.hr database, based on the facts in your CV. Job seeker has the choice of preferred method of contact. So if you turn off the visibility of personal data in the CV, the only way that a potential employer can contact you is via e-mail.
If you leave the visibility of personal data, the employer chooses the way of contact (usually e-mail or phone).

6. How to create 'an agent' to send me daily new posted jobs in my e-mail?

First of all, to turn the option "New jobs notification via e-mail" you must be registered on posao.hr, registration is free of course.

After registration, when you log on, on the top menu under 'Job seekers' there is a link "My agents". Clicking this link opens up the possibility of you creating and saving the 'agent' according to your preferences. From the date of creation of the agent, one day after you will receive e-mails with all the newly published jobs according to your settings ie. settings that put you when creating an agent. For canceling the 'agent' service to your e-mail all you have to do is delete the coresponding agent.

7. How to stop receiving job ads via my e-mail address? How to turn off 'the agent'?

Login with your user data, and on the top menu, see the "My Agents" link. To shut down the agent, in the "list of currently active agents" choose "Delete". After that, your agent will be deleted and you will stop receiving e-mails.

8. Do you verify the credibility of the employer prior to registration and authorization?

Before posao.hr authorizes the employer and approves the publication of advertisements, basic information about the company (tax number, registration number, contact information, etc.) is checked. If the authenticity of the information specified in the request for registration of an employer is confirmed, only then job advertising is allowed.

9. Where can I get information about a job advertisement that already expired?

Given that companies themselves determine the duration of the published job postings, posao.hr is not able to give information about the job ad after the expiry date. We recommend you to save all the job ads that are interesting to you and you applied to, whether by saving them to your computer or printing them. So you will always have access to needed information in the future.
