1) Introduction
The company Oglasnik d.o.o with headquarters in Savska cesta 41, Zagreb (the City of Zagreb), VAT number: 97309929902 (Hereinafter: “The Company”) extremely appreciates the privacy of each visitor and user of website posao.hr
Therefore, we take your privacy very seriously and make every effort to safeguard your personal data according to the existing European rules and practices.
2) Implementation of Privacy policy
This Policy privacy (hereinafter” Privacy Policy”) is in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (hereinafter: “GDPR”) and it refers to using all of our websites, services and content available to our users, which can be accessed via all of the electronic devices, apps, social networks, via telephone or personally.
This Privacy Policy sets out how our websites collect, use, and disclose Personal Information during the course of their activities and how we strives to ensure that Personal Information in our possession remains accurate and confidential.

4) Which Personal Information does the Company collect
We collect the Personal Information necessary for you to register and use our services. During registration we collect information such as date and time of registration, user name, a unique user ID or IP address. Accordingly, while contracting and fulfilling the contract or providing our services, we collect only that Personal Information we need in order to provide our service.
Certain Personal Information such as your name and surname, personal identification number (OIB) and your residence is collected according to our legal requirements.
Furthermore, the information can be collected from the conversation that you have with our employees, be it communication with Customer Service or dealing with complaints. Accordingly, telephone calls may be recorded and such recordings may be used in order to improve services or when dealing with complains, in which case you will be informed about it during said call.
5) Legal basis and purpose of collecting and processing Personal Information
Your Personal Information is processed in order to take the necessary steps for drawing out the contract, or to fulfill the contract and provide the services we offer, such as publishing your advert or storing your CV and making them accessible according to the settings and terms of use you selected.
Furthermore, your personal information can be processed only with your explicit consent and for purpose to which your consent applies. Consequently, the user has the right to withdraw their consent at any time, which does not affect the legality of the information processing before withdrawal of the consent.
Moreover, your Personal Information can be collected and processed in order to uphold legal obligations set out by the applicable regulations or in case there is Company’s legitimate interest in such collecting and processing as it would be case when informing about our services and products, improving our services and its quality or in order to detect, and prevent abuse.

In order to fulfill our part of the contract and in accordance with the service that the user selected, or the preferred disponibility of your adverts or other services we provide, your personal information can be made available to all of the interested parties, natural and legal persons-potential employers in Croatia and abroad if and when it is in accordance with the terms of use of the service requested.
In that context, your Personal Information can be processed by other subjects in the function of services or support provided to the Company, such as our current and future partner both in Croatia and abroad in order to fulfill the contract or provide the service.
Finally, user’s personal information can be disclosed in the case of a well founded claim made by authorities, in case of legal obligations, abuse or suspected abuse, prevention of fraud and illegal activities and other legally grounded reasons.

We endeavor to maintain appropriate technical and organizational security with respect to its offices and information storage facilities so as to minimize the possibility of loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, or modification of Personal Information. The Company further protects Personal Information by restricting access to those employees the management of the Company has determined need to know that information. Those employees are aware of their responsibilities and are obliged to ensure the confidentiality of Personal Information and privacy of all of our users.
The Company has concluded a contract with all of the subjects that provide support or services to the company, regarding the protection of personal information and it regularly analyses the success of the technical and organizational measures in order to obtain the highest standard of protection of your privacy.
8) HOW LONG DOES THE COMPANY KEEP YOUR INFORMATION
We keep your Personal Information as long as it takes for the company to fulfill the contract or providing to service. After the contract is terminated, the Company will no longer process the your Personal Information unless there is a legal obligation to do so, for exercising or defending legal claims or there is Company’s legitimate interest for such action.
9) MARKETING
The Company carries out marketing actions such as newsletters, advertising messages and notifications about our services and products.
Such actions are carried out when the Company has a legitimate interest or when the user gives their explicit consent. You have the right to transmit those data to another controller without hindrance from the controller to which the personal data have been provided if such process is based on the your consent or your contract with the Company, and is carried out by automated means.
