This Policy privacy (hereinafter” Privacy Policy”) is in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (hereinafter: “GDPR”) and it refers to using all of our websites, services and content available to our users, which can be accessed via all of the electronic devices, apps, social networks, via telephone or personally.

We collect the Personal Information necessary for you to register and use our services. Accordingly, while contracting and fulfilling the contract or providing our services, we collect only that Personal Information we need in order to provide our service.

Certain Personal Information such as your name and surname, personal identification number (OIB) and your residence is collected according to our legal requirements.

Furthermore, the information can be collected from the conversation that you have with our employees, be it communication with Customer Service or dealing with complaints. Accordingly, telephone calls may be recorded and such recordings may be used in order to improve services or when dealing with complains, in which case you will be informed about it during said call.

5) Legal basis and purpose of collecting and processing Personal Information

Your Personal Information is processed in order to take the necessary steps for drawing out the contract, or to fulfill the contract and provide the services we offer, such as publishing your advert or storing your CV and making them accessible according to the settings and terms of use you selected.

Furthermore, your personal information can be processed only with your explicit consent and for purpose to which your consent applies. Consequently, the user has the right to withdraw their consent at any time, which does not affect the legality of the information processing before withdrawal of the consent.

Finally, user’s personal information can be disclosed in the case of a well founded claim made by authorities, in case of legal obligations, abuse or suspected abuse, prevention of fraud and illegal activities and other legally grounded reasons.

We endeavor to maintain appropriate technical and organizational security with respect to its offices and information storage facilities so as to minimize the possibility of loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, or modification of Personal Information. The Company further protects Personal Information by restricting access to those employees the management of the Company has determined need to know that information. 8) HOW LONG DOES THE COMPANY KEEP YOUR INFORMATION

We keep your Personal Information as long as it takes for the company to fulfill the contract or providing to service. After the contract is terminated, the Company will no longer process the your Personal Information unless there is a legal obligation to do so, for exercising or defending legal claims or there is Company’s legitimate interest for such action.

The Company carries out marketing actions such as newsletters, advertising messages and notifications about our services and products.
