Responsibilities:
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing B2B clients
• Promoting our cutting-edge HVAC electronic components to potential customers
• Identifying market opportunities and developing strategies to expand the company's presence in Croatia
• Providing technical and product knowledge to clients.
• Collaborating with our team in Poland to ensure seamless communication and customer satisfaction
• Regularly reporting on market trends, sales activities, and competitor analysis.

Znanja i kvalifikacije:
Requirements:
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the HVAC or Building industry (Hotels etc.)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in English (Polish is a plus)
• Technical background or understanding of HVAC systems is advantageous
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Willingness to travel within Croatia
• Valid driver’s license.
