Wingtra is a Swiss drone manufacturer developing surveying drones for GIS and mapping applications. Joining our Zagreb office, you will be part of a team based in Zurich. Being a spin-off company of the ETH Zurich Autonomous Systems Lab, we have grown to become an international company with distribution partners in 6 continents, 1000+ customer flights.
We look for an excellent mind to join our support team in Zagreb. The office in Zagreb will be opened in spring 2019.
Responsibilities:
- Become main contact in all technical matters for key partners of Wingtra worldwide
- Answer customer support requests and investigate technical issues using Hubspot
- Support customers diagnosing and replacing parts, identifying faulty signals and diagnosing software bugs, robotic log analysis etc.
- Ensure that Wingtra customers are impressed with our support
- Collaborate with our engineers in Zurich to solve the most difficult robotics and geodetics problems
- Write technical documentation and manuals
- Ensure effective communication with team members in Zurich both in face to face meetings as well as in video conferences

Requirements:
- Technical University Degree
- 3-5 years experience in technical support for an international company for a technical product (software or hardware)
- Track record in establishing modern support processes and customer experience and experience in writing easy to follow instructions using modern tools
- Flawless communication in written and spoken English
- Outstanding communication, problem solving, organisational and self management skills
- Willingness to travel occasionally to Zurich
- Proactive with an entrepreneurial mindset, you are operational excellence focused and improve the processes
Plus:
- Experience with Hubspot (Zendesk)
- Ability to debug and diagnose embedded systems and advanced software
- Robotics / electromechanical systems experience
- GIS, Surveying, Photogrammetry experience
- Experience with professional surveying drones (eBee, UX11)
- Software development experience
