Technical and Sales Support (m/f)

For our client, leading international company in lighting industry, we are looking for a new team member to join their team as a:
Technical and Sales Support (m/f)
Location: Zagreb
Main responsibilities:
- Support the sales process between KAM-s and customer
- Preparation of offers/quotations ensuring they are compliant, competitive, and meet the company growth and profitability targets
- Holding deep knowledge of our company products, systems, and services and supporting the customers with gained knowledge
- Collaboration with product managers and lighting designers regarding customer needs
- Interaction with sales colleagues and customers in a professional and competent manner
- Preparation of offers/quotations ensuring they are compliant, competitive, and meet the company growth and profitability targets
What we are looking for:
- Technical education
- Relevant experience in similar role requiring customer interaction (with internal and/or external customers)
- Fluent English and Croatian
- Excellent knowledge of Excel
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills
- Customer centric attitude with ability to adjust plans and actions to meet changing market and customer needs
