O zaposleniku

Znanja i kvalifikacije:

• University degree in economics, finance, mathematics, or a related field
• Professional experience in energy trading, with a focus on gas markets in Central Eastern Europe
• Proven leadership skills and experience managing commercial teams (including remote teams)
• Strong analytical abilities and a track record of working with market data
• Well-established network in target markets
• Experience with complex commodity contract structures
• Entrepreneurial mindset and results-driven approach
• Willingness to travel regularly
• Excellent command of English; knowledge of local CEE languages is a plus
