Wingtra is a Swiss drone manufacturer developing surveying drones for GIS and mapping applications. Joining our Zagreb office, you will be part of a team based in Zurich. Being a spin-off company of the ETH Zurich Autonomous Systems Lab, we have grown to become an international company with distribution partners in 6 continents, 1000+ customer flights.
We look for an excellent mind to build up and take charge of our support team in Zagreb.
Responsibilities:
- Build up a team of technical support engineers in Zagreb and integrate that team into the support team based in Zurich to form one team
- Coach and grow team members in giving the best possible communication experience to while ensuring quality control (NPS, CES, response time management)
- Create a positive and enjoyable work culture and atmosphere
- Write technical documentation and manuals
- Answer international customer support requests and investigate technical issues using Hubspot
- Take care of administration tasks of the Zagreb office from rent contracts to office furniture
- Ensure effective communication with team members in Zurich both in face to face meetings as well as in video conferences

Requirements:
- Technical university education
- At least 3 years experience in leading a technical support or IT team of 5-15 people in Zagreb for an international company
- Flawless communication in written and spoken English
- Outstanding communication, problem solving, organisational and self management skills
- Willingness to travel frequently to Zurich
- Proactive with an entrepreneurial mindset
Plus:
- Experience in having operational responsibility for an entire office or experience in company formation / being a company owner
- Experience with Hubspot (Zendesk)
- GIS, Surveying, Photogrammetry experience
- Existing network in geospatial / surveying industry
- Software development experience
