Supply Chain Trainee (m/f)
Based in our office in Zagreb
YOUR ROLE:
• Sending customer orders to Soditra, managing allocations per country/customer, and sending order confirmations to the commercial team.
• Managing both the supply and demand planning processes for the brand, as well as coordination of return campaign with business planners, customer care and logistics team.
• Managing and maintaining product master data for concerned brands.
• Generating and sending weekly reports to division stakeholders (low stock & service level).
• Updating local Power BI reports used by the team on weekly/monthly level.
• Filling out monthly delivery reports and stock tracking forms.
• Managing monthly updates to the standard order form used for export markets.
