Supply Chain Specialist (m/f)
Location: Zagreb, Croatia
RESPONSIBILITIES:
In this key role, you will be at the heart of ensuring smooth order fulfilment, optimal stock levels, strong collaboration between sales, production, and factories — and effective management of transportation processes — all while continuously improving our end-to-end operations in a fast-paced international environment.
- Accurately processing and following up on weekly/monthly customer orders and forecasts in our systems, always meeting strict deadlines
- Serving as the central point of contact between Sales and factories — tracking orders, aligning them with current stock levels, production capacities, and forecasts
- Planning and preparing deliveries based on real-time orders and available factory inventory
- Managing and continuously improving the transport tracking process — ensuring real-time visibility, proactive issue resolution, accurate status updates, and optimization of shipment monitoring for on-time performance and cost efficiency
- Creating and submitting production requests to ensure timely manufacturing
- Preparing clear, insightful reports and analyses for management on supply chain performance
- Supporting various administrative tasks to keep operations running smoothly.
WHAT DO WE LOOK FOR IN OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE:

We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented professional with:
- Bachelor's or master’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience in sales support, demand planning, supply planning, supply chain coordination, logistics/transport tracking, or a similar operational role
- Excellent command of English (spoken & written – C1 level or higher); knowledge of Italian is a strong advantage
- Very strong proficiency in MS Office, especially advanced Excel; PowerPoint & Word for professional reporting
- Experience with SAP (especially FE3, APO/BW modules) is a significant plus
- A true team player with high self-motivation, positive mindset, and excellent communication skills
- Strong analytical mindset combined with proactive, solution-oriented, and problem-solving approach
- Highly organized, able to manage multiple information sources and priorities effectively
- Continuous improvement attitude — you're never satisfied with "how it's always been done" and actively look for ways to eliminate delays, streamline processes, and prevent issues
- Previous experience in an international environment and/or FMCG sector is highly advantageous.
