We are looking for an experienced and proactive Supply Chain Manager to take a key role in establishing and developing the end-to-end supply chain operations for our manufacturing site in Croatia.

Supply Chain Manager (m/f)
Gornje Vratno (Varaždin County)
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and develop processes related to procurement, production planning, logistics, warehousing and inventory management
- Build and develop a reliable local and European supplier network
- Coordinate supply chain activities between Croatia, India and other international locations
- Manage suppliers, commercial terms, delivery performance, costs and supply risks
- Ensure material availability and continuity of production
- Establish relevant KPIs and continuously improve supply chain performance
- Build, lead and develop the local supply chain team
- Work closely with Operations, Quality, Engineering, Finance and international teams
Requirements:
- Experience in procurement, production planning, inventory management and supplier development
- Good knowledge of ERP and MRP systems
- Strong analytical, organizational, negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Experience in leading people, projects or a supply chain function
- A proactive, independent and results-oriented mindset
- Experience in a manufacturing startup, greenfield project, plant expansion, European supplier development or international supply chain coordination will be considered an advantage
- Professional proficiency in English
- M365; knowledge of SAP Business One (SAP B1) will be considered an advantage
- At least five years of relevant experience in supply chain management or a manufacturing environment
