YOUR ROLE:
We're looking for a new colleague (m/f) who will be part of our Professional Products Division, having the chance to work for the whole L’Oréal Adria Balkan region. The position of Supply Chain Manager requires a motivated, agile, and organized person who will be responsible for:
• Developing and executing strategic plans and forecasts aligned with business objectives, optimizing supply chain processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
• Designing and implementing adaptive demand & supply planning to respond to market changes, new opportunities, and cost reduction initiatives.
• Collaborating with sales teams to ensure cost-effective distribution and high service levels.
• Co-creating and implementing a "Customer 1st" program with commercial, marketing, and finance teams.
• Overseeing the supply process and fostering strong relationships with global S&OP and factory stakeholders.
• Monitoring and assessing supplier performance against quality and delivery requirements.
• Collaborating internally to ensure robust forecasting.
• Maintaining optimal inventory levels, implementing control methods, and ensuring product rotation.
• Forecasting demand by analyzing historical data, market trends, and customer feedback.
• Managing inventory to maximize working capital and updating records regularly.
• Analyzing customer and supplier performance, as well as procurement program success.
• Generating detailed reports and presentations for management, highlighting S&OP perspectives and reporting on departmental KPIs with analysis and countermeasures.
• Leading and motivating a supply chain team, fostering strong relationships both internally and with external partners.
• Collaborating effectively across sales, marketing, and production teams, driving best practices and measuring performance.
• Identifying, managing, and mitigating operational and reputational risks within the supply chain.
• Ensuring supply chain practices comply with evolving environmental policies, standards, regulations, and laws.
• Integrating sustainability targets into supply chain considerations.

• Preferably holds a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree
• Has at least 2 years of experience in similar fields
• Is proactive and has excellent problem-solving skills
• Has strong analytical and summarization skills
• Is detail oriented and has excellent organizational skills
• Has excellent communicational and collaboration skills
• Can work in a dynamic environment
• Has strong computer skills (MS Office)
• Has experience working with Future Master, Anaplan, or other forecasting tools
• Is fluent in English and Croatian language
