quality for passenger cars, light trucks, SUVs, RVs, trucks, and buses as well as motorsports (circuit
racing/rallies). The manufacturer operates further branches in Czech Republic, France, Germany,
Austria, Hungary, Italy, the Netherlands, Poland, Russia, Spain, Sweden, Turkey, UK, Serbia and
Ukraine. Their products are sold directly through regional distributors in other local markets.

For their new office in Zagreb, we're searching for a team member to take on the role of:
Supply Chain Management Specialist (m/f)
Location: Zagreb
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Processing all orders and requests and communicating regularly on their status with the initial client
- Being responsible for the supply database and ensuring correct filing and archiving of supply documentation to guarantee the availability and coherence of supply data
- Communicating with customers and keeping them updated concerning their order status.
- Resolving product or service problems by addressing customer complaints and determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to resolve the issue
- Maintaining financial accounts by processing customer adjustments
- Maximizing customer operational performance
- Monitoring stock availability, cash flow, and payments
- Following communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
- Degree in Finance, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
- At least 3 years of experience working in logistics
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- SAP SD modul knowledge
- Ability to communicate in English language on a daily basis (both written and verbally)
- Strong customer focus
