SUPPLY CHAIN HEAD (m/f)
Location: Ludberg

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • managing dynamic procurement plan and the realization of procurement within the agreed deadlines - procurement of raw material, packing material, required quality and quantity, according to agreed standards and the best possible price, in accordance with the company's policies and procedures
  • driving various improvement projects like cost reduction, alt vendor development, supplier performance improvement, Supply chain streamlining
  • responsibility for reviewing contracts received from suppliers and monitoring the implementation of agreed terms
  • vendor Development in order to meet the capacity, capability, cost reduction targets.
  • anaging Production Planning of plant to meet business budget targets
  • managing warehouse of raw materials, finished goods
  • managing Logistics for covering Europe, CIS countries and Export logistics from Europe to US, Africa, Latin America
  • appointment of various logistics service providers to enable the transportation thru Air, Sea and Road
  • focus on continuous team and people development and enabling the normal flow of all business activities in the department
  • development of the organization through the establishment and implementation of quality and environmental systems

KEY COMPETENCES:

  • strong planning, logistics and negotiation skills
  • strong organizational skills and ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously, set priorities, and work in a team with diverse cultural backgrounds
  • excellent written / verbal communication and interpersonal skills with strong sense of client service
  • knowledge of quality management system and environmental management
  • experience in the continuous process industry is an advantage

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Formal education: master’s degree in logistics, procurement, supply chain management, business management, or a relevant field
  • Experience: 10 years experience on similar positions
  • Foreign language: fluency in English is required
  • IT Skills: MS Office knowledge (specifically Excel), SAP
