What we expect from you
Knowledge and experience
- University education, with an excellent academic record;
- Minimum 1 year experience in consulting or other relevant field;
- Proficiency in written and spoken English;
- Advanced use of MS Office environment;
- MBA or EMBA is an advantage.
Personal skills and competencies
- Excellent team player, with a proactive attitude;
- Ability to adapt to an intense work environment and work in challenging
circumstances;
- A quick learner, with highly developed analytical thinking and problem solving
abilities;
- High level of energy and an open and communicative nature;
- High level of integrity and adherence to ethical standards.
Responsibilities
- Responsibility for one or more project streams or smaller projects;
- Preparing and holding presentations;
- Contribute to business development;
- Daily communication with C-level client representatives;
- Adding value and delivering high quality solutions to our clients.
