Strategy and Operations Senior Consultant (m/f)
Who you'll work with
You'll be working with PwC’s Strategy and Operations practice in Zagreb, which
covers markets across the SEE region.
Our team assists our clients in solving complex strategic and operational challenges
across several industries. Blending strategic thinking with hands-on practicality,
our teams of consultants and experts work to develop and implement strategies that
solve our clients’ most critical problems.
What you'll do
You will be part of an international network, developing world-class knowledge
throughout the strategy and operations space.
Typically in a team of 4-5 consultants, you will play a stream manager role in
shaping our clients’ strategic directions (e.g. market entry or exit strategies) as well
as setting a clear agenda on operational issues (e.g. cost reduction programme,
profitability improvements, etc.).
You will be working on highly complex problems that require a strong analytical
and conceptualisation ability, with quantitative expression as the integral part of
the solution.
Lastly, you will advise both senior individuals at client organizations and existing
client teams on a daily basis and have exposure to C/C-1 level directly.
Qualifications
- University education
- Minimum 3 years experience in the area of strategic and operational consulting or similar
- Open to regional travel 3/5 days a week
- Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively in English, in both speaking and writing
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
