Duties include (but are not limited to):
1. This person works independently on performing the tasks and manages the Body & Soul Sport employees in coordination with the Spa Manager
2. Conducting performance diagnostics, take metabolic measurements, provide personal training
3. Developing individual training plans and provide professional equipment support
4. Professionally conducting all activities in the Body & Soul Sport area such as those offered in weekly class schedule, e.g. aerobics, step, Indoor Cycling, back exercises, Pilates, BBP, Flexi Bar, Zumba, and XCO
5. Being a professional contact for guests and represent AIDA well
6. If qualified, this person could also be entrusted with Spa Trainer responsibilities
7. Training and supervising employees in the Body & Soul Sport area
8. Developing work and class schedules for Spa Trainers using a computerized system
9. Conducting training for products and sales
10. Ensuring and monitoring cleanliness, hygiene, maintenance, and security throughout the Body & Soul Sport area
11. Decorating the display cabinets and public areas
12. Supporting Spa Manager with respect to stock keeping, controlling and statistics, inventory, as well as goods receipt and inventory control
13. Handling complaints
14. Catering to guests and supervising the sauna as well as conducting professional sauna infusions
15. Actively cross-selling
16. Developing and conducting events, specials, and workshops in coordination with the Spa Manager
