Duties include (but are not limited to):
1. This person works independently on performing the tasks
2. Conducting performance diagnostics, take metabolic measurements, provide personal training
3. Developing individual training plans and providing professional equipment support
4. Having sound knowledge in measuring and assessing heart rates
5. Planning and conducting workshops, seminars, and presentations on current fitness topics such as nutrition, cardiovascular training, sports as a preventative measure
6. Professionally conducting all activities in the Body & Soul Sport area such as those offered in weekly class schedule, e.g., aerobics, step, Indoor Cycling, back exercises, Pilates, BBP, Flexi Bar, Zumba, and XCO
7. Being a professional contact for guests and represent AIDA well
8. Providing service-oriented advice and strive to successfully sell all fee-based offers and products
9. Supervising sauna area, conducting professional sauna infusions
10. Catering to guests
11. Developing sales-oriented events and specials in coordination with the Spa Manager
12. Regularly participating in continuing education
13. Actively cross-selling
14. Booking appointments and making sales using the computerized reservation and cash register system
15. Ensuring cleanliness, hygiene, maintenance, and security throughout the Body & Soul area
