Duties include (but are not limited to):
1. This person works independently in performing the tasks
2. Be a professional contact for guests and represent AIDA well
3. Book appointments and make sales using a computerized reservation and cash register system
4. If professionally qualified, this person could also be entrusted with Spa Therapist, Spa Receptionist, Spa Butler, Spa Beautician, Spa Hairdresser or Spa Trainer responsibilities
5. Train and supervise employees in using reservation and cash register system
6. Develop work schedules for Body & Soul employees in coordination with the Spa Manager using a computerized system
7. Conduct training for products, treatments, and sales
8. Ensure and monitor cleanliness, hygiene, maintenance, and security throughout the Body & Soul area
9. Decorate the display cabinets, treatment rooms, and public areas
10. Support Spa Manager with respect to stockkeeping, controlling and statistics, inventory, as well as goods receipt and inventory control
11. Cater to guests and supervise the sauna
12. Actively cross-sell
13. Develop and conduct events, specials, and workshops in coordination with the Spa Manager
