Duties include (but are not limited to):
1. This person works independently in performing the tasks
2. Responsible for entire organization of the Body & Soul Spa reception and representation of the Body & Soul Spa area
3. Provide professional advice for all Body & Soul Spa and Body & Soul Sport offers
4. Provide product consultation, recommendations, and actively sell
5. Book, reschedule, or cancel appointments for the Body & Soul area through the computerized reservation and cash register system in person or over the phone
6. Recognize and forward error messages in the reservation and cash register system
7. Support other employees in handling the reservation and cash register system
8. Handle complaints professionally according to the AIDA philosophy
9. Take, process, and forward guest wishes
10. Systematically take care of repeat customers (recognizing them, anticipating their desires, surprising them, and providing giveaways)
11. Design displays in the Body & Soul reception area
12. Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, maintenance, and security throughout the Body & Soul area, particularly in the reception area
13. Balance the cash register daily and transfer to main reception
14. Advise and instruct guests in using the solarium
15. Actively help with the Body & Soul health bar
16. Cater to guests and supervise the sauna as well as conduct professional sauna infusions
17. Actively cross-sell
