Duties include (but are not limited to):
1. Responsibly handle all resources responsibly with business profitability in mind
2. Manage the Body & Soul team
3. Conduct performance reviews, professional development meetings, and new employee orientation in the Body & Soul area
4. Coach employees on relevant and product-related topics and sales
5. Responsible for resource planning such as staff work schedules and billing
6. Ensure Body & Soul area is optimally stocked in terms of quality and quantity (inventory and order management, goods receipt) as well as stocktaking and monitoring inventory
7. Create, coordinate, and manage offers and programs in coordination with department manager of shoreside services
8. Be first host and point of contact for guests, provide information and advice about offers, present the area; book appointments, make sales, and handle complaints
9. Actively cross-sell and work together with other departments
10. Collaborate and coordinate with department manager of shoreside services
11. Conduct treatments professionally
12. Participate in compiling statistics and documentation (sales) in coordination with department manager of shoreside services
13. Responsible for quality assurance and improving quality in the Body & Soul Spa as well as Body & Soul Sports including cleanliness, hygiene, maintenance, and security
14. Systematically take care of repeat customers (recognizing them, anticipating their desires, surprising them, and providing giveaways)
