Duties include (but are not limited to):
1. This person works independently in performing the tasks
2. Professionally provide all hairdressing services (style coaching with cut and color recommendation, provide information about hairdressing products and effect, shampooing, hair care, hair styling, haircut, updos, head massage, full color, highlights, bleaching, toning, curling with rollers, blow-dry styles, perms, body wave perm, wet look, etc.)
3. Be a professional contact for guests and represent AIDA well
4. Provide information and advice about treatments and products with the objective of successfully making an appointment and sale
5. Book appointments and make sales using a computerized cash register and reservation system
6. Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, maintenance, and security throughout the Body & Soul area
7. Help decorate the display cabinets, salon, and public areas
8. Provide service-oriented advice and strive for successful sales
9. Support the Spa Manager and Spa Supervisor with respect to stock keeping, controlling, and statistics
10. Cater to guests and supervise the sauna
11. Actively cross-sell
12. Develop and conduct events, specials, and workshops in coordination with the Spa Manager
