Duties include (but are not limited to):
1. This person works independently in performing the tasks
2. Schedule all spa package services before guests arrive
3. Coordinate spa appointments with spa guests' other booked services (e.g. excursions)
4. Welcome guests, give tours through the facility, and conduct tea ceremony at the start of the voyage with the objective of selling additional spa services and products
5. Coordinate menu plans with the F&B department and advise spa guests on healthy F&B options according to the week's menu plan
6. Support housekeeping department with spa rooms (e.g. distribute amenities and spa shoes, adjust minibar products)
7. Responsible for entire organization of the Body & Soul Spa reception and representation of the Body & Soul Spa area
8. Book, reschedule, or cancel appointments for the Body & Soul area through the computerized reservation and cash register system in person or over the phone
9. Handle complaints professionally according to the AIDA philosophy
10. Systematically take care of repeat customers (recognizing them, anticipating their desires, surprising them, and providing giveaways)
11. Design displays in the Body & Soul reception area
12. Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, maintenance, and security throughout the Body & Soul area, particularly in the reception area, sauna, and wellness oasis
13. Actively help with the Body & Soul health bar
14. Cater to guests and supervise the sauna as well as conduct professional sauna infusions
