Short-Form Content Strategist (Remote)
Artivate is a specialized remote recruitment agency connecting top-tier digital talent with modern companies across the DACH region and the USA.
We're hiring on behalf of one of our clients — and they need someone who lives and breathes short-form content.
The Role
TikTok. Reels. Short-form video. You know how to make content stop the scroll, hold attention, and drive real results — whether that's for a brand, a business, or a creator.
You think in hooks. You understand retention. You know why one video gets 300 views and another gets 3 million — and you know how to engineer the second one.
This is a fully remote position open to candidates based in Mexico or Albania.
What You'll Do
Strategy & Concepting
• Develop short-form content strategies across TikTok and Instagram Reels
• Research trending formats and adapt them to fit specific audiences and goals
• Write scripts and develop video concepts built around strong hooks, retention mechanics, and clear CTAs
• Define content pillars, posting cadence, and platform-specific approaches
Production & Execution
• Create precise production briefs for editors and creators
Guide creators or internal teams on pacing, structure, and delivery
• Ensure every piece of content is built with a clear purpose
Performance & Iteration
Own organic KPIs: views, watch time, retention rate, follower growth, engagement
Analyze performance data, identify patterns, and iterate fast
Stay ahead of platform changes, algorithm updates, and content trends
