Since its launch in December 2018, Flix Snip has reached over 70 million mobile OTT and IPTV users and keeps growing internationally.
The Flix Snip App and VOD service is available worldwide to mobile providers, cable operators, telcos, OTT, IPTV, VOD platforms and video streaming services, providing them with the opportunity to embed Flix Snip on their platforms and provide their customer base with premium content that can be watched anywhere, even on the go!
About the Role
As a Social Media Manager, your role will consist in driving growth and engagement throughout Flix Snip Social Media accounts, Online communities and Third-party collaborations, while providing operational support, implementing strategy and driving results across social channels.
Your work will guide us as we accelerate towards clear growth targets, supporting the business throughout its current international expansion.

Zagreb, Serbia - (Hybrid/Onsite)
As a Social Media Manager, your main responsibilities will be:
-Coordinate and manage all day-to-day social media activities, ensuring all channels are up to date and engaged. Working across multiple platforms (Facebook, Reddit, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube).
-Create and schedule engaging multimedia content for all our community channels.
-Design and execute social media campaigns and contribute to a social media strategy that spans social media networks, blogs, online communities, forums, review sites, and other outlets where we can engage with people.
-Safeguard our channels by monitoring, managing, and improving our reputation across online and offline outlets.
-Have a keen sense for identifying newest trends, innovations, channels and other social applications and technologies in the online advertising industry.
-Analyze content performance and impact, providing updates and making sense of consumer insights and findings.
-2+ years of hands-on experience and a proven track record of managing social media accounts and online communities
-Proven experience creating high-quality, engaging multimedia content (video/reels), measuring its impact and improving on it
-Deep knowledge and a good understanding of technology, internet and security
-Great understanding of IG, Google Analytics and FB advertisement experience.
-Solid user of Canva or similar design programs or tools.
