Tasks:

Managing construction activities
Construction site organization
Communication with clients and supervisor/Engineer
Internal communication with different units
Control and organization of various subcontractors
Coordination of workers at the site
Reporting to superiors on activities and results
Responsible for site documentation
Responsible for safety on the site where engaged
Preparation of time & resources schedules and construction technology
Quantity surveying and control
Control of used materials and completed works

Requirements:

Completed civil engineering studies
Minimum 5 (five) years similar experience
Membership in Chamber of Civil Engineers (an advantage)
IT skills - MS Office, AutoCAD, MS Project (iTwo is an advantage)
Good knowledge of English language
Active driver - B category
Team work oriented
High motivation and responsibility towards work
