Duties include (but are not limited to):
1. Independent working on performing the tasks
2. Oversee the duty-free business, from ordering to selling goods
3. Providing optimum support for meeting budget requirements
4. Actively selling and providing customer service with persuasiveness, friendliness, and with the clear objective of making successful sales throughout the shop
5. Organizing assigned shop area
6. Continually making sure that goods are presented in accordance with the AIDA Shop standards
7. Responsibility for goods receipt and organizing assigned storage area
8. Continuously restocking from storage room as goods sell
9. Properly handling cashier processes
10. Stocktaking
11. Complying with all security, cleanliness, and hygiene requirements
