ManpowerGroup Croatia, for their client, a leading international company specialized in manufacturing, sales, installation, modernization and service of elevators, escalators and travolators is looking for a „Service Sales Representative“ who will take over one of the key roles in their Service Sales department.

Job description and core responsibilities:
- Manage and develop service sales territory through selling service, maintenance, and modernization contracts
- Build and maintain customer relationships, achieve, or exceed sales objectives, and serve as technical consultant to customers
- Achieving maintenance contract sales objectives through engaging current and new customers
- Visit job sites to determine scope of prospective job or to check on the status of a current job
- Ongoing account management
- Maintaining existing customers portfolio
- Planning and agreeing your own sales strategy, in conjunction with the Sales Manager
- Processing customer orders in line with the company sales order process to enable a clean and complete sales package
- Making effective sales presentations
- Complete weekly, monthly, and yearly reports
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND DESIRED SKILLS:
- High school / university degree - electrical and or mechanical professions and similar occupations
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in similar position
- Excellent customer service, communication, presentation, and sales skills
- Excellent knowledge in Microsoft Office
- Good knowledge of English (B1 or above)
- Motivation, proactivity, timeliness, and ability to achieve set goals
- Expressed organizational skills
- Driver's license B category
