As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible to install, operate and maintain parts on various Medtronic medical equipment. You will perform a variety of maintenance and technical support on products such as equipment, integrated systems, and subsystems as well as software at customer and field locations.

A Day in the Life
- Troubleshoot and diagnose malfunctions to eliminate problems within SLA
- Analyse and evaluate products and their performance
- Install, upgrade and remove products ensuring coordinative engineering field change
- Maintain effective customer communications and relations
- Engage in onsite training of customer support personnel as required
- Provide technical advice to customers, sales personnel, and healthcare professionals on product-related queries
- Supply sales personnel with technical data when necessary
- Act as a liaison between sales personnel and customers on technical issues
- Navigate software-controlled systems
- Assist in technical support over the phone or via remote technology
Qualifications
Must-Haves:
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in the same position
- Mechatronics knowledge, including Electro-Mechanical Systems, Control Electronics, Digital Control Systems, and similar
- Knowledge of large capital systems ideally within the medical environment and previous experience with servicing the ventilators will be an asset
- Fluent in spoken English and Croatian
- Willingness to work flexible hours
