For our Talentixx Adria team we're searching for a Senior Recruiter, who will carry out recruitments, develop our European network and manage our talent pool.

Your tasks would be:
• Being responsible for smoothly running of the entire recruiting process and a positive candidate experience
• Actively searching for new potential clients
• Being proactive in the local job market, finding the best recruitment channels, actively approaching candidates via networks and social media platforms
• Advising managers and other internal stakeholders on all issues related to recruiting
• Coaching and supporting Junior Recruiters in the development of the local organization with roles & responsibilities, skills, and job descriptions

Znanja i kvalifikacije:
Your profile:
• Minimum three (3) years of full-time experience working in a high-volume recruitment area conducting all facets of recruitment and HR management
• You bring experience in working with works councils, recruiters, and international mobility
• You are committed, self-initiated and a “hands-on” personality and have excellent organizational skills
• You enjoy working in an international team and are characterized by a high level of service orientation
• You convince with an effective and appropriate way of communication on all levels
• You think actively about improving processes and put them into practice efficiently in coordination with the team
• Very good German or English skills (spoken and written)
• You are familiar with the MS Office package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Experience in working with applicant management/tracking systems and other HR related software solutions is a plus
