We are Quadro Consulting, a growing company founded and based in Bonn.
We are seeking a Senior Power Platform Developer to join our growing delivery team and contribute to a major digital transformation initiative. This role offers the opportunity to design, develop, and extend enterprise-grade solutions on the Microsoft Power Platform, with a focus on Model-Driven Apps, Power Pages, Dataverse, and Dynamics 365.
As part of a highly skilled and collaborative team, you will play a key role in building scalable, secure, and efficient applications that streamline and modernize critical business processes. Working closely with solution architects, business analysts, and technical leads, you will help deliver end-to-end solutions that meet both business and technical objectives.
What You’ll Be Doing:
• Design, develop, and implement solutions leveraging Model-Driven Apps, Canvas Apps, Dataverse, Power Pages, and related Microsoft technologies.
• Configure and customize Dataverse entities, forms, views, and relationships based on business requirements.
• Develop plugins, custom workflows, and PowerApps Component Framework (PCF) controls to extend platform functionality.
• Integrate WebResources (HTML, JavaScript, CSS) to create intuitive and dynamic user experiences.
• Build and maintain process automations and system integrations using Power Automate and Azure services.
• Collaborate with functional consultants, architects, and stakeholders to ensure high-quality solution delivery.
• Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and maintainability in line with Microsoft and industry best practices.
• Ensure adherence to governance, security, and compliance standards throughout the development lifecycle.

• In-depth understanding of Dataverse architecture, schema design, and customization best practices.
• Proficiency in C#, JavaScript, and HTML/CSS for developing plugins, custom workflows, and WebResources.
• Solid experience implementing process automation using Power Automate.
• Hands-on experience with the PowerApps Component Framework (PCF) for building reusable components.
• Strong background in integrating Power Platform solutions with external systems via APIs, Azure services, and REST endpoints.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills, with a focus on delivering results in agile environments.
Not a must, but cool if you have it:
• Experience with Azure DevOps, ALM, and source control processes.
• Microsoft certifications such as PL-400 or PL-200 are highly desirable.
• Proven experience developing solutions on the Microsoft Power Platform, with strong expertise in Model-Driven Apps, Power Pages, and Dynamics 365.
